The process of crafting a tea towel by hand in Ethiopia takes teamwork and plenty of patience. From spinning the cotton to weaving the beautiful patterns of the textile, each artisan contributes to create an eye-catching and functional towel for the home.
Made with locally-sourced cotton and woven on a traditional loom, these tea towels feature a block of navy alongside blue pinstripes and natural white cotton. Tea towels can be used to wrap bread inside a basket, dry hands in the kitchen, or to give as a housewarming gift. Includes two cotton tea towels.
