Returns

You can return eligible items to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and refunds are contingent on items arriving in their original packaging and condition. Note that we’re unable to accept returns for coffee, but we don’t think you’ll want to return the coffee anyway…because it’s good! PROCESSING YOUR RETURN
Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 2-3 business days for it to be processed. A credit will post to your account approximately 3-5 business days after the date we process your return. However, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly bill.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt so that we can make things right.
