Returns

If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back within 30 days of delivery, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all accompanying materials included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not the correct item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item.

We will take care of it promptly—offering a replacement, refund, or credit, according to your preference.

In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us, and no additional fees will apply. A full refund will be issued for the item.
